• All orders must be paid in FULL. Before your mockup is started and delivered, your order must be paid in full.
  
• NO REFUNDS. Once order is placed and paid for, there will be no refunds as each item is handmade & customized. Please be advised that orders can be cancelled and refunds can be issued at owners discretion.
  
• Shipping Only. There will be no local pickup/drop-offs. Shipping will be FREE with a purchase of two items or more.
  
• Turnaround time for stole completion is about 2-5 weeks after revision stage.
  
• You will receive a response via email provided within 2 business days regarding your stole submission. This will give you the price of your items and a link for payment. Please ensure to check your spam/junk folder.

• Submit your order as early as possible! There are no guarantees that you will receive your stole by a specific date.
  
• It is best to schedule any photoshoots once you have your items in your possession.
  
• House of Grads is not responsible for errors once your stole is created and shipped. You are sent the mockup prior to the stole being created for you to make any revisions as appropriate.
  
• During the revision stage, you can make as many changes as needed. Once you approve of your design, no changes can/will be made.
  
• All communication is to be held through email. Please be patient with us. House of Grads will respond to initial inquiries within 2 business days.
  

1. READ ALL POLICIES
   
2. Use template sheet to make a layout of your design. This can be on the layout form I provide (Canva) or on a normal sheet of paper. Please be advised that if you are wanting to submit a handwritten copy that it is legible.
3. Submit appropriate Inquiry Form. Each item has to be submitted on a new inquiry form.
4. Allow 2 days for us to reach out to you through the email you provided. This email will include a price and payment link. Once payment is received, you will receive a layout of your product within 2 business days. Please check your spam!!
